Every day in the Real Estate agency means full schedule, and it looks like nothing you can see in a TV show. The conducted walkthroughs require massive preparations – market research & analyses, legal requirements, cooperation with external contractors, and a whole bunch of paper work (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.). Why not make it simpler? We did that in this project – maintaining and updating listings of available properties is now super-easy. The same applies for scheduling appointments and walkthroughs.

The client required a native solution for both iOS and Android, as well as a stable web application. Our experts delivered a flawless mobile app – made with none other than Flutter. For the desktop application, we decided to build it in Vue.js as a frontend technology. All these resulted with a flexible, fast, and reliable digital product. Immobi makes Real Estate easy – for both clients and agents. The digital solution speeds up the process of selling and purchasing properties.
Flutter and Vue.js were definitely the best choices. As the digital solution was required to be fast, flexible, and reliable, we chose the lighter Vue instead of ‘heavier’ technologies, like React or Angular. It worked very well. The Immobi project was not only about providing buyers with a good-looking app, but also about eliminating paperwork and reducing number of calls for the agents. Moreover, Immobi delivers a personalized experience with behavior tracking and easy-to-manage client statistics for Real Estate staff.
Challenges we overcome
Mobile app for customers, web platform for Real Estate agents – and both are compatible. The key was to use the right technologies – and as usual, it started with a proper workshop.
As the mobile app had to be available for iOS and Android – our pros decided to use Flutter. We know that time is vital in business, so the desktop app had to be fast and reliable – Vue was the perfect choice. For the Real Estate customers, the app makes browsing offers (and making the right choice) simple and easy. All crucial information is at hand, and scheduling an appointment with an agent does not require any effort. On the agent’s side, the app helps to manage all the crucial tasks, as well as provides useful stats for improving the sales. We combined these two worlds into one.
Solution
Each day of work in Real Estate is just full of tasks. Paperwork and answering calls are one of the most time-consuming activities.
Thus, we had to reduce these to minimum. With Immobi application, all documents, statistics, and schedules are available in one place. Thanks to our digital product, Real Estate agents can focus on the vital part of their work – walkthroughs and sales. For the customers, browsing offers is a pleasure. Mostly because of the algorithms that personalize the offers – only the interesting diamonds pop up on the screen. Real Estate is now easy for both sides of the business.
Results

We conducted a two-day workshop to understand the business goals & target audience, and determine the scope of work. This way our experts could deliver the best business value of the product. Our UI & UX pros crafted wireframes and translated them into a clickable prototype. Then the devs and QA engineer took over. We focused on quality – there were few different test types conducted in the process, to ensure that our digital solution is going beyond the expectations. And it did.
