Managing construction site with one tool?
Yes, this one.
Work at the construction site has to be perfectly organized. If it is not, there is more at stake than just exceeding the deadlines. Like, did you know that the concrete can be poured on the site within a short period of time? Otherwise, it gets set and cannot be used anymore. Thus, the work has to run like a clockwork. But it is not easy to manage the workflow, collect information about the fleet and equipment, and do dozens of other activities. Well, at least it was not easy in the past.

The client needed a solution that would allow control building activities and used hardware. Though primarily the digital product was supposed to be used only by our client, it quickly turned out that it works so good that it should be developed further and transformed into a SaaS product. Now, the whole system consists of three components: admin panel for management, web panel for administrators and users, and a mobile app. Every crucial piece of information about the construction site is at hand, literally.

Work at construction is running like a clockwork now, thanks to our solution. Management and estimation of daily costs of building services are at hand.
The three-element system required involving a large team, as the back-end was developed using Java, and the front-end was done in Angular. The last piece – a mobile application for clients – is a native Kotlin product. Our digital solution allows the product owner and their customers to perform quick cataloging of all building-related items. Furthermore, it is super-useful for displaying hardware parameters, checking the fleet status, and to control building activities and used hardware. Moreover, the app has a QR code scanner, thanks to which the flow of information about tools and employees is smooth and transparent.
It would be pretty easy to make an application for managing the work on one construction site. An app that handles managing multiple sites is sophisticated.
What could possibly make the work at a construction site more efficient and transparent? How about an accurate and precise information flow, and having all the data stored in one place and available at hand? That was the idea, and we transformed it into a digital solution. It combines easy access to the software from a web or mobile application from anywhere in the world and a quick check of the inventory on the construction site, as well as facilitates the control of inspections and technical tests.
The construction industry literally shapes the future. But so does the proper digital solution. And we crafted this product to shape the future of the construction industry.
Planning, managing, overseeing work on construction sites – all these activities can be done using one digital solution. It can be done via the web application or with a mobile app. Oh, and our digital product covers one more thing – a crucial one – namely, the work safety. It shows which machine ends its technical inspection and which is to be serviced due to a reported malfunction. What else could be beneficial for business? Scalability. This is also covered, as you can calculate the costs of tools and machines generated by a specific construction.
We can proudly say that we contributed to shaping the future of the construction industry with this product. Numbers? Of course, here:

“The Human-App Interaction is something entirely new in comparison to other language learning tools. The most challenging part was to make this new approach obvious and intuitive for the end users.”
