Senior Android/iOS Developer with Flutter

About the role

 🚀 As a Senior Android/iOS Developer with Flutter in our company, you will work with Tomek, our Android Tech Lead, whom you will meet at the next stage of recruitment. As a developer you will be properly cared of –  you will be supported by a Team Manager – Monika or Dorota who will take care of your development and job satisfaction.

• Start your journey with itCraft by identifying your technical level and your career aspirations with Tech Lead. After that, in cooperation with Team Manager you will establish your individual plan of development,
• Be able to choose tasks that match your development path during project development,
• Exactly know when you are ready to jump to the next seniority level by itCraft’s defined career paths,
• Work with more experienced devs to soak up their knowledge,
• Have team meetings every 2 weeks where you can talk about tools, technology news, projects’ use cases, and exchange experiences.

What you should be able to do? 🦾

• Have advanced knowledge of Android/iOS platform with 3+ years native Android/iOS development commercial experience,
• Have willingness to learn Flutter (if you have any experience – that’s cool, but if you don’t, don’t worry we will teach you!),
• Be fluent in English (min. B2/C1),
• Be fluent in Polish (min. C1).

Nice to have 👏🏼

• Ability to mentor and onboard other team members, Android/iOS/Flutter developers,
• Ability to learn new technologies,
• Experience implementing mobile apps in stores (Google Play, App Store),
• Portfolio of mobile apps (Github or Google Play),
• Knowledge of design patterns,
• Knowledge of reactive programming (RxJava / RxSwift), platform-specific networking libraries (eg. Retrofit for Android), etc.
• Experience in using the following tools: Jenkins, Jira, Firebase, SonarQube,
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services,
• Experience in creating unit tests,
• Any background in hybrid app development is a plus.
